The idea for the platform began to emerge alongside our attempts to search through local websites for a real estate opportunity for the family. We searched for a long time without results because local sites offered fake or expired listings with unclear details. This highlighted the need to build a specialized platform in the real estate field. We conducted research, communicating with owners and investors, visiting advertised properties, and engaging in discussions with all parties in a diligent effort to study the real estate market in Syria. This research resulted in a deeper understanding of the issues in the real estate market.
We began working on the idea in the fourth quarter of 2024, where we developed the concept and searched for the best scalable and evolving software system. Then, we looked for a name that suited the idea. After extensive searching, we found the name ( Aqar Syria ) meets our expectations. We began working diligently, merging night with day to accomplish the first step: launching the website in record time, all while disregarding the obstacles imposed on us that year, dreaming of a bright future ahead.
The main idea of the platform is a specialized and open real estate market for everyone, owners, investors, and interested parties through easy, simple, and direct advertising methods to make it a center for communication and marketing and to be a window for the local market through the internet in an attempt to attract investments and contribute to finding opportunities and making them available to everyone.
